getting in touch with your emotions in order to find a therapeutic
release of those feelings which are troubling you.
As a Counsellor, I will offer you a safe space to talk through whatever is troubling or hurting you.
Some people find that to talk through their issues gives them a different way of looking at things or motivation to change. Others find that just to talk and be understood is therapeutic and healing.
