A report indicating that the majority of the fluoride that is added to water supplies within the United States is supplied by China and is contaminated with heavy metals according to a warning by Bernard Miltenberger, president of Pure Water Committee of western maryland.
In a letter published in the Cumberland Times-News, Miltenberger notes that he first became aware of the issue in an engineering report for the city of Boulder, Colo. The report noted that the fluoridation chemicals used for the city's water had been evaluated, and were found to contain lead levels of 40 milligrammes per bag and arsenic levels of 50 milligrammes per bag. The bags were being imported from China under no regulatory monitoring of acid or salt content.

Almost one person in five has consulted a counsellor or psychotherapist, while almost half the population know someone who has, according to a survey by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), which suggests that the stigma attached to "talking therapies" is disappearing.
The association says that attitudes towards counselling and psychotherapy appear to have changed markedly since it conducted a comparable investigation in 2004.
The current survey found that 94% of people now consider it acceptable to have counselling and psychotherapy for anxiety and depression, compared with just 67% in 2004. Similarly, public acceptability of therapy for divorce or relationship breakdown has risen from 52% to 85% over the past six years.

Despite Dr Andrea Danese, a clinical lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry
in London, higlighting that such studies had to be interpreted carefully because
there is a chance that people do not recall their childhoods accurately
and you can only show an association not prove causality. However, memory loss and difficultites in recollecting shocking events, is a significant and concommitent symptom in adults who have suffered trauma through childhood; For example where a bereavement/injury/abuse has occurred.
He also stated that it has already been established that childhood stress has an
effect on mental health and it now seems like it has an enduring effect
on physical health. He said that stress causes an increase in inflammatory
proteins (which we know is part of the immune system cascade) and this could underpin the physical consequences suggested by the
research.

Once the body learns to accumulate energy as adipose tissue. It is very difficult to stop this mechanism or return to the original situation. In other words, the patient starts suffering from a chronic condition. This is like having a chronic condition such as hypertension, diabetes or thyroid problem.
Generally, the process begins by the patient loosing the ability
to feel full. They over eat as the body does not receive the signs of
being full from the regulatory centres (the Hypothalamus gland) in order
to stop eating. As the body cannot get rid of the unnecessary food,
accumulation of excess body fat takes place. Once this mechanism starts,
it is very difficult to turn off.
