Using hypnotherapy we can explore the controversial issue of past life therapy. This is yet another tool which can enable the therapist to gain answers to questions arising from issues and themes from people in this life time. It can give answers to questions about relationships and gain insight into the dynamics of relationships, why you feel a strong bond with certain people and why others leave you cold.
For example as with any therapy it can be very difficult to actually get to the centre of a case, to find out what has caused someone to become anxious or trigger an anxiety state.
Under hypnosis it is possible to identify a disturbing event that occurred not in this life and work with that individual to resolve the issue.
This is a really exciting therapy which I am sure as you may or may not agree with depending on your views or what you are comfortable with can certainly have a profound effect on someone’s present life. After all to help and improve someone’s quality of life is what all practitioners of conventional and complementary medicine are trying to achieve.

Around 40-50% of women have experienced primary dysmenorrhoea, or menstrul cramps, the case of which is usually unknown (when the causes are known, it is referred to as "secondary" dysmenorrhoea eg due to uterine fibroids, pelvic infection, endometriosis etc). For some women, the pain can become more severe or may for longer as they grow older. There are also other related symptoms such as nausea, diarrhoea, mograine, backache and mood swings.

The term "Reflexology" is a relatively recent one, as the therapy was "re-discovered" in the western world in the USA in early twentieth century. It was brought to prominence by a physical therapist called Eunice Ingham, who worked with patient who had polio.
There are approximately 7200 nerve endings on the feet, and these relate to various organs and glands within the body. A mirror image of the body has been mapped on the feet and pressure applied on specific reflex points on the feet can affect the corresponding part of the body.

Health Kinesiology (HK) includes a correction for allergy which helps the body to recognise the energy pattern of identified substances so that they can be processed smoothly. It’s particularly useful for environmental substances like pollens, widely distributed food phenolics, vital medications, body substances like candida and heavy metals. However it can’t always be done straight away – often the body needs to do preparatory work beforehand because it may dump toxins afterwards.
How will HK treat my allergies?
We will use muscle-testing to find the smoothest healing route for you as an individual, so there is no set pattern to follow. However, looking at people I’ve helped already, it is likely that over a period of time we will:

An allergy is an over-reaction of the immune system and symptoms may include: asthma, eczema, IBS, skin problems, poor concentration and sleep difficulties. Your allergy test results will show you what substances your body reacts to and will suggest avoiding them altogether for a period of time. This may mean making major changes in your lifestyle to avoid them, and some allergens – like pollens – are impossible to avoid. Even if you do manage to, it can still take a long time for the body to repair itself and get back to normal.
