Most of us are exposed to high of toxic mercury because of the levels in marine fish. In most regions of the world, exposure to methylmercury is now a public health problem. Birds and mammals that eat fish often contain toxic levels.

Choose
• Mackerel, herring, pilchards, sardine, trout, shrimp, Pollock and catfish – two three times a week.
• Salmon and tuna – once a week
• Marlin, swordfish and king mackerel – once a month
