Every one should take drugs to lower their blood pressure and to lower the risk of heart attacks and strokes, claims expert professor Malcolm Law. Professor law also stated that even people who do not have high blood pressure should take drugs to cut these stroke and heart attack risks, and his claims were supported by a London based experts stating any one aged fifty five and over should take drugs to lower their blood pressure.
The stroke association warned the drugs could have side effects, which I believe reflects the views of many people in the UK. Every one is different and surly the first method to lower blood pressure should be life style change! what is happening in that persons life that is creating high blood pressure. Could it be stress, diet lack of exercise or an emotional disturbance that has impacted in that persons life.
I'm not saying that the pills will not lower your blood pressure but I would prefer to tackle the reasons for why I have high blood pressure rather than taking a pill. If I needed to take mediction for high blood presure I would look into how a herbalist could benafit my situation rather than taking a synthetic version of that plant.
